Tsarin Jagora na PVC Mai Rage Flame Retardant
Tsarawa da inganta tsarin sarrafa na'urorin sarrafa wutar PVC, wanda ya haɗa da na'urorin rage wutar da ke akwai da kuma manyan abubuwan haɗin gwiwa, wanda ke mai da hankali kan na'urorin rage wutar UL94 V0 (wanda za a iya daidaitawa zuwa V2 ta hanyar rage adadin ƙari).

II. Ka'idojin Ingantawa Masu Muhimmanci
- Tsarin Haɗin gwiwa na Masu Rage Wutar Lamba
- Haɗin kai na Cl-Sb: Chlorine na PVC (56%) tare da 3-5% Sb₂O₃ yana samar da shingen SbCl₃, wanda ke ba da damar rage harshen wuta a matakai biyu.
- Maganin Hayaƙi: Zinc molybdate + zinc borate yana rage yawan hayaƙi da kashi >40% (ASTM E662).
- Ingantaccen Char: Aluminum hypophosphite + DPE yana samar da phosphoric ester char mai haɗin giciye a zafin 200–250°C, wanda ke rama ƙarancin char na PVC a matakin farko.
- Daidaitawar Sarrafawa
- Daidaita Zafin Jiki: Aluminum hypophosphite (rushewa ≥250°C) da kuma Al(OH)₃ da aka gyara a saman (wanda ya tsaya har zuwa >200°C) da aka daidaita da aikin PVC (160–190°C).
- Tabbatar da Kwanciyar Hankali: Masu daidaita Ca-Zn suna hana lalacewar resin daga sakin HCl; ACR yana taimakawa wajen yin robobi a cikin tsarin cike mai yawa.
- Daidaiton Aiki
- Jimlar nauyin da ke hana harshen wuta: 35–45%, riƙe ƙarfin tensile ≥80% (yawanci ≥40 MPa ga PVC mai tauri).

IV. Daidaito a Farashi da Ingancin Muhalli
Madadin Mai Rahusa:
- Rage sinadarin zinc molybdate zuwa kashi 3%, maye gurbin Al(OH)₃ da Mg(OH)₂ (ƙara zuwa kashi 15%).
Maganin da Ba Ya Dauke da Antimony:
- Cire Sb₂O₃, yi amfani da kashi 2% na aluminum diethylphosphinate + kashi 5% nano-kaolin (ƙarancin inganci; yana buƙatar kauri 3 mm don V0).
Fifikon Hayaki:
- Ƙara 1% na baƙin carbon mai rufi da silicone resin don ƙara rage yawan hayaƙi da 15%.
V. Jagororin Sarrafawa
- Jerin Haɗawa:
Resin PVC → mai daidaitawa + mai shafawa → masu hana harshen wuta (ƙananan yawa zuwa babba) → mai plasticizer (wanda aka ƙara feshi a ƙarshe). - Yanayin Zafin Aiki:
Yankunan fitar da sikirin guda biyu: 160°C (ciyarwa) → 170°C (narkewa) → 180°C (haɗawa) → 175°C (kan mutu). - Babban taro:
Ana ba da shawarar a zuba kashi 50%; a narkar da PVC mai kyau 1:1 don a yi amfani da allurar a ƙarshen amfani.
Wannan tsari yana daidaita jinkirin wuta mai yawa, ƙarancin hayaƙi, da kuma daidaiton sarrafawa. Ana ba da shawarar yin ƙananan gwaje-gwaje kafin a yi girma, tare da gyare-gyare bisa ga nau'in samfurin (takardu, kebul, da sauransu).
