Tsarin Manne na Polyurethane AB Foda Mai Hana Wuta
Dangane da buƙatar tsarin hana harshen wuta mara halogen don manne polyurethane AB, tare da halaye da tasirin haɗin gwiwa na masu hana harshen wuta kamar aluminum hypophosphite (AHP), aluminum hydroxide (ATH), zinc borate, da melamine cyanurate (MCA), an tsara waɗannan tsare-tsaren haɗaka guda uku. 1. Tsarin Rigakafin Wuta Mai Tsanani (Don tukunyar lantarki, rufe batirin, manufa UL94 V-0)

Haɗin Mai Rage Wutar Lamba:

  • Aluminum hypophosphite (AHP): 8-12 phr (nau'in polyurethane mai rufi a ruwa wanda aka ba da shawarar don magance matsalolin ruwan sama)
  • Aluminum hydroxide (ATH): 20-25 phr (matakin submicron, 0.2-1.0 μm, don haɓaka ma'aunin iskar oxygen da ƙarancin char)
  • MCA: 5-8 phr (tsarin gas-phase, yana aiki tare da AHP a cikin matakin da aka tanada)
  • Zinc borate: 3-5 phr (yana haɓaka samuwar char na yumbu kuma yana hana hayaƙi)

Aikin da ake tsammani:

  • Ma'aunin iskar oxygen (LOI): ≥32% (tsaftataccen PU ≈22%);
  • Ƙimar UL94: V-0 (kauri 1.6 mm);
  • Matsakaicin ƙarfin zafi: 0.45-0.55 W/m·K (wanda ATH da zinc borate suka bayar);
  • Kula da danko: 25,000-30,000 cP (ana buƙatar maganin saman don hana lalata).

Tsarin Maɓalli:

  • Dole ne a riga an watsa AHP a cikin sashin polyol (Sashe na A) don guje wa amsawar isocyanate da wuri (Sashe na B);
  • Ya kamata a gyara ATH da wani silane couple agent (misali, KH-550) don haɓaka haɗin fuska.

2. Tsarin Gabaɗaya Mai Rahusa (Don rufe gini, haɗa kayan daki, manufa UL94 V-1)

Haɗin Mai Rage Wutar Lamba:

  • Aluminum hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr (ma'aunin micron-grade, mai inganci, mai hana harshen wuta irin na cikawa);
  • Ammonium polyphosphate (APP): 10-15 phr (an haɗa shi da MCA don tsarin intumescent, yana maye gurbin sinadaran halogenated);
  • MCA: 5-7 phr (rabo ga APP 1:2~1:3, yana haɓaka kumfa da keɓewar iskar oxygen);
  • Zinc borate: 5 phr (hana hayaki, samuwar ƙarin char).

Aikin da ake tsammani:

  • LOI: ≥28%;
  • Ƙimar UL94: V-1;
  • Rage farashi: ~30% (idan aka kwatanta da tsarin hana wuta mai ƙarfi);
  • Riƙe ƙarfin tensile: ≥80% (APP yana buƙatar rufewa don hana hydrolysis).

Tsarin Maɓalli:

  • Dole ne a yi amfani da APP a cikin microcapsulated (misali, tare da resin melamine-formaldehyde) don guje wa sha danshi da samuwar kumfa;
  • Ƙara silica mai kama da hydrophobic 1-2 phr (misali, Aerosil R202) don hana daskarewa.

3. Tsarin Sauƙin Tsarin Ƙarfin ...

Haɗin Mai Rage Wutar Lamba:

  • Aluminum hypophosphite (AHP): 5-8 phr (girman nanos, D50 ≤1 μm);
  • Ruwan da ke hana harshen wuta na phosphorus na halitta (maye gurbin BDP): 8-10 phr (misali, abubuwan da aka samo daga DMMP marasa halogen na phosphorus, suna kiyaye danko);
  • Aluminum hydroxide (ATH): 15 phr (haɗaɗɗen alumina mai siffar siffa, daidaita yanayin zafi);
  • MCA: 3-5 phr.

Aikin da ake tsammani:

  • Matsakaicin danko: 10,000-15,000 cP (kusa da tsarin hana harshen wuta na ruwa);
  • Rashin ƙarfin wuta: UL94 V-0 (wanda aka inganta ta hanyar phosphorus na ruwa);
  • Mai watsa zafi: ≥0.6 W/m·K (wanda aka bayar ta hanyar alumina mai siffar ƙwallo).

Tsarin Maɓalli:

  • Dole ne a haɗa AHP da alumina mai siffar ƙwallo tare kuma a watsa su a ƙarƙashin babban yankewa (≥2000 rpm);
  • Ƙara ruwan sieve na kwayoyin halitta na phr 4-6 a cikin Sashe na B don hana shan danshi na AHP.

4. Haɗa Mahimman Bayanan Fasaha & Magani Madadin

1. Tsarin Haɗaka:

  • AHP + MCA:AHP yana haɓaka bushewar jiki da ƙonewa, yayin da MCA ke fitar da iskar nitrogen yayin dumama, yana samar da layin char kamar zuma.
  • ATH + zinc borate:ATH yana shan zafi (1967 J/g), kuma zinc borate yana samar da wani Layer na gilashin borate don rufe saman.

2. Madadin Masu Hana Wutar Lantarki:

  • Abubuwan da aka samo daga polyphosphazene:Ingantaccen aiki da kuma dacewa da muhalli, tare da amfani da HCl daga samfurin;
  • Resin silicone na Epoxy (ESR):Idan aka haɗa shi da AHP, yana rage jimillar nauyin da aka ɗora (18% ga V-0) kuma yana inganta halayen injiniya.

3. Kula da Haɗarin Tsarin Aiki:

  • Lalata:Ana buƙatar magungunan hana narkewa (misali, nau'ikan da aka gyara da polyurea) idan viscosity ya wuce 10,000 cP;
  • Hana maganin:A guji amfani da sinadarai masu rage harshen wuta (misali, MCA) don hana tsangwama ga halayen isocyanate.

5. Shawarwari kan Aiwatarwa

  • A ba da fifiko ga gwajin tsarin rage zafin wuta mai ƙarfi: AHP + submicron ATH mai rufi (matsakaicin girman barbashi 0.5 μm) a AHP:ATH:MCA = 10:20:5 don ingantawa ta farko.
  • Gwaje-gwaje masu mahimmanci:
    → LOI (GB/T 2406.2) da UL94 suna ƙonewa a tsaye;
    → Ƙarfin ɗaurewa bayan zagayowar zafi (-30℃~100℃, awanni 200);
    → Ruwan sama mai hana harshen wuta bayan tsufa mai sauri (60℃/7d).
