Polyurethane AB Adhesive Powder Flame Retardant Formulations

  • Ikon danko: 25,000-30,000 cP (maganin saman da ake buƙata don hana lalata).

Mabuɗin Tsari:

  • Dole ne a fara tarwatsa AHP a cikin ɓangaren polyol (Sashe na A) don kauce wa abin da bai kai ba tare da isocyanate (Sashe na B);

  • Rage farashi: ~ 30% (idan aka kwatanta da ƙididdiga na rashin jin daɗi mai tsanani);
  • Ƙarfin ƙarfi na riƙewa: ≥80% (APP yana buƙatar encapsulation don hana hydrolysis).

Mabuɗin Tsari:

  • APP dole ne ya zama microencapsulated (misali, tare da resin melamine-formaldehyde) don guje wa shayar da danshi da samuwar kumfa;
  • Ƙara 1-2 phr hydrophobic fumed silica (misali, Aerosil R202) don hana daidaitawa.

  • Matsakaicin danko: 10,000-15,000 cP (kusa da tsarin hana wuta na ruwa);
  • Jinkirin harshen wuta: UL94 V-0 (wanda aka haɓaka ta ruwa phosphorus);
  • Ƙarfafawar thermal: ≥0.6 W/m · K (wanda aka ba da gudummawa ta alumina mai siffar zobe).

Mabuɗin Tsari:

  • AHP da alumina mai siffar zobe dole ne a haɗa su tare kuma a tarwatsa su ƙarƙashin babban ƙarfi (≥2000 rpm);
  • Ƙara 4-6 phr ƙwanƙwaran ƙwayar ƙwayar ƙwayar ƙwayar cuta zuwa Sashe na B don hana ɗaukar danshi na AHP.
