Tsarin Nazari Mai Hana Wutar Lantarki Ba Tare da Halogen Ba na PBT

Domin inganta tsarin samar da na'urorin hana harshen wuta marasa halogen don PBT, yana da mahimmanci a daidaita ingancin hana harshen wuta, kwanciyar hankali na zafi, dacewa da yanayin zafi, da kuma halayen injina. Ga wata dabarar haɗakarwa da aka inganta tare da mahimman bincike:

1. Haɗuwa da Masu Rage Wutar Lantarki na Core

Zaɓi na 1: Aluminum Hypophosphite + MCA (Melamine Cyanurate) + Zinc Borate

Tsarin aiki:

  • Aluminum Hypophosphite (Tsawon zafin jiki > 300°C): Yana haɓaka samuwar char a cikin matakin da aka taƙaice kuma yana fitar da PO· radicals a cikin matakin iskar gas don katse halayen sarkar ƙonewa.

  • Aluminum Hypophosphite (10-15%) + MCA (5-8%) + Zinc Borate (3-5%).

Tsarin aiki:

  • Magnesium Hydroxide da aka Gyara (Rushewa ~ 300°C): Maganin saman jiki (silane/titanate) yana inganta watsawa da kwanciyar hankali na zafi; sanyayawar endothermic yana rage zafin abu.
  • Phosphinate na Halitta (misali, ADP, kwanciyar hankali na zafi > 300°C): Mai hana harshen wuta mai ƙarfi sosai, wanda ke aiki tare da tsarin phosphorus-nitrogen.

Rabon da aka ba da shawarar:

  • Magnesium Hydroxide (15-20%) + Aluminum Hypophosphite (8-12%) + ADP (5-8%).

2. Masu ba da haɗin gwiwa na zaɓi

  • Nano-laka/Talc (2-3%): Yana inganta ingancin char da halayen injiniya yayin da yake rage lodin da ke hana wuta.
  • PTFE (0.2-0.5%): Maganin hana digowa don hana ɗigon ƙonawa.
  • Foda ta Silicone (2-4%): Yana haɓaka samuwar ƙwaya mai yawa, yana ƙara ƙarfin harshen wuta da sheƙi a saman.

3. Haɗuwa da Ya Kamata a Guji

  • Aluminum Hydroxide: Yana rugujewa a zafin 180-200°C (ƙasa da zafin aikin PBT na 220-250°C), wanda ke haifar da lalacewa da wuri.
  • Magnesium Hydroxide mara gyara: Yana buƙatar maganin saman don hana haɗuwa da ruɓewar zafi yayin sarrafawa.

4. Nasihu Kan Inganta Aiki

  • Maganin Fuskar Sama: Yi amfani da sinadaran haɗin silane akan Mg(OH)₂ da zinc borate don haɓaka watsawa da haɗin fuska.
  • Sarrafa Zafin Jiki: Tabbatar da cewa zafin da ke hana harshen wuta ya yi zafi > 250°C domin guje wa lalacewa.
  • Daidaiton Kadarorin Inji: rama asarar ƙarfi ta amfani da nano-fillers (misali, SiO₂) ko tougheners (misali, POE-g-MAH).

  • Halayen Inji: Ƙarfin tauri > 45 MPa, tasirin da aka yi da ƙarfi > 4 kJ/m².
