A cikin tsarin acrylic mai tushen ruwa, ya kamata a ƙayyade adadin ƙarin aluminum hypophosphite (AHP) da zinc borate (ZB) bisa ga takamaiman buƙatun aikace-aikace (kamar ƙimar hana harshen wuta, kauri na shafi, buƙatun aikin jiki, da sauransu) da tasirin haɗin gwiwa. II. Inganta Rabon Haɗaɗɗu
- Matsakaicin Ma'aunin Haɗaka:
- AHP:ZB = 2:1 ~ 4:1(misali, 15% AHP + 5% ZB, jimilla 20%).
- Daidaita rabo ta hanyar gwaji, misali:
- Babban buƙatar jinkirin harshen wuta:AHP 15% ~ 20%, ZB 5% ~ 8%.
- Daidaitattun halayen jiki:AHP 10% ~ 15%, ZB 3% ~ 5%.
- Tasirin Haɗin gwiwa:
- Zinc borate yana inganta juriyar harshen wuta ta hanyar:
- Daidaita samuwar char (yana hulɗa da aluminum phosphate wanda AHP ya samar).
- Sakin ruwan da aka ɗaure don shan zafi da kuma rage iskar gas mai ƙonewa.
III. Matakan Tabbatar da Gwaji
- Gwaji a Mataki-mataki:
- Gwaji na mutum ɗaya:Da farko a tantance AHP (5% ~ 20%) ko ZB (5% ~ 15%) daban don rage harshen wuta (UL-94, LOI) da aikin rufewa (mannewa, tauri, juriyar ruwa).
- Ingantaccen Haɗaɗɗen Haɗaɗɗiya:Bayan zaɓar adadin AHP na asali, ƙara ZB kaɗan (misali, 3% zuwa 8% idan AHP ya kai 15%) kuma a lura da ci gaba a cikin jinkirin wuta da kuma illolin da ke tattare da shi.
- Manyan Manuniyar Aiki:
- Rashin ƙarfin harshen wuta:LOI (maƙasudin ≥28%), ƙimar UL-94 (V-0/V-1), yawan hayaki.
- Sifofin jiki:Samar da fim, mannewa (ASTM D3359), juriya ga ruwa (babu lalacewa bayan nutsewa cikin awanni 48).
IV. Muhimman Abubuwan Da Za A Yi La'akari da Su
- Kwanciyar Hankali:
- AHP yana da hygroscopic—yana busarwa kafin ya bushe ko kuma ana amfani da nau'ikan da aka gyara a saman.
- Yi amfani da na'urorin rarrabawa (misali, BYK-190, TEGO Dispers 750W) don inganta daidaito da kuma hana lalata ƙasa.

- Tsarin acrylic mai tushen ruwa yawanci yana da pH na 8–9; tabbatar da cewa AHP da ZB sun kasance masu karko (guji hydrolysis ko ruɓewa).
- Bin ƙa'idodi:
- Dole ne AHP ta cika buƙatun RoHS marasa halogen; ZB ya kamata ta yi amfani da ƙarancin ƙazanta na ƙarfe mai nauyi.
V. Madadin ko Mafita na Ƙarin
- Melamine Polyphosphate (MPP):Zai iya ƙara inganta jinkirin harshen wuta idan aka haɗa shi da AHP (misali, 10% AHP + 5% MPP + 3% ZB).
- Nano Flame Retardants:Nano-grade ZB (ƙari ya ragu zuwa 1% ~ 3%) ko kuma hydroxides biyu masu layi biyu (LDH) don inganta tasirin shinge.
VI. Takaitaccen Bayani
- Tsarin farawa:AHP 10% ~ 15% + ZB 3% ~ 5% (jimilla 13% ~ 20%), sannan a inganta.
- Hanyar tabbatarwa:Gwada ƙananan samfuran LOI da UL-94 yayin da kake tantance halayen injina.
