Tsarin hana harshen wuta mara halogen don Tsarin Shafi na TPU ta Amfani da Maganin DMF
Ga tsarin shafa TPU da ke amfani da Dimethyl Formamide (DMF) a matsayin mai narkewa, amfani da aluminum hypophosphite (AHP) da zinc borate (ZB) a matsayin masu hana harshen wuta yana buƙatar kimantawa mai tsari. Ga cikakken tsarin bincike da aiwatarwa:

- A haɗa AHP da mai watsawa da kuma DMF mai ɗan lokaci a ƙarƙashin babban yankewa (≥3000 rpm, minti 30), sannan a haɗa da TPU slurry.
- Busarwa bayan rufewa: 120-150°C, ƙara lokaci da 10% don tabbatar da cikakken ƙafewar DMF.
II. Binciken Yiwuwar Zinc Borate (ZB)
1. Tsarin hana harshen wuta da fa'idodi
- Tsarin aiki:
- Yana samar da wani Layer na gilashi na B₂O₃ a yanayin zafi mai yawa, yana toshe iskar oxygen da zafi (rage wutar da ke taruwa a lokaci guda).
- Yana fitar da ruwa mai ɗaurewa (~13%), yana narkar da iskar gas mai ƙonewa da kuma sanyaya tsarin.
- Fa'idodi:
- Ƙarfin tasirin haɗin gwiwa tare da AHP ko aluminum trihydroxide (ATH).
- Kyakkyawan rage hayaki, ya dace da amfani da hayaki mai ƙarancin hayaki.

III. Kimantawa Mai Haɗaka Tsakanin Tsarin AHP + ZB
1. Tasirin Hana Harshen Wuta Mai Haɗaka
- Haɗin gwiwa tsakanin Matakin Iskar Gas da Matakin Tarawa:
- AHP yana samar da phosphorus don yin caji, yayin da ZB ke daidaita layin caji kuma yana hana haske bayan an gama aiki.
- Haɗin LOI: 28-30%, UL94 V-0 (1.6mm) za a iya cimmawa.

- A tantance daidaiton warwatsewa (babu narkewar sediment bayan awanni 24), canje-canje a cikin danko, da kuma daidaiton shafi.
- Tabbatar da Sikelin Matukin Jirgin Sama:
- Inganta yanayin bushewa (lokaci/zafin jiki) da kuma gwada jinkirin harshen wuta (UL94, LOI) da kuma halayen injina.
- Kwatanta farashi: Idan AHP+ZB ya rage farashi da >30% idan aka kwatanta da FRs na ruwa, zai yi tasiri a fannin tattalin arziki.
- Shiri na Ƙimar Girma:
- Yi aiki tare da masu samar da kayayyaki don ƙirƙirar manyan batches na AHP/ZB da aka riga aka watsar (bisa ga DMF) don samar da kayayyaki masu sauƙi.
VI. Kammalawa
Tare da hanyoyin watsawa da aka sarrafa, AHP da ZB na iya zama masu hana harshen wuta tasiri ga rufin TPU/DMF, idan aka bayar da:
- Gyaran saman + watsawa mai ƙarfiana amfani da shi don hana taruwar ƙwayoyin cuta.
- AHP (babban likita) + ZB (mai haɗin gwiwa)yana daidaita inganci da farashi.
- Dominbabban bayyananne/sassauciBukatun, FRs na ruwa-phosphorus-nitrogen (misali, Levagard 4090N) sun fi dacewa.
