Maganin hana harshen wuta don thermoplastic elastomer TPE

3. Muhimman Abubuwan Da Ke Tasiri

  • Nau'in Kayan Tushe: TPEs masu tushen SEBS gabaɗaya sun fi sauƙin rage gudu fiye da waɗanda ke tushen SBS, wanda ke ba da damar ɗan rage nauyin ƙari.

  • Ingantawa: Idan digo ya faru, ƙara rabon AHP (don haɓaka charring); idan halayen injiniya ba su da kyau, yi la'akari da ƙara robobi ko rage jimillar lodi.

5. Gargaɗi

  • A guji haɗawa da abubuwan cikawa masu acidic (misali, wasu masu canza launi), domin suna iya lalata AHP.
  • Idan TPE ta ƙunshi adadi mai yawa na robobi masu amfani da mai, ana iya buƙatar ƙara yawan lodawa masu hana harshen wuta (mai na iya rage ingancin hana harshen wuta).
