I. Tsarin Tsarin Tsarin

  1. Daidaiton Substrate
    • SK Polyester ES500: Polyester mai thermoplastic wanda ke da yanayin zafin aiki na yau da kullun na 220–260°C. Dole ne mai hana harshen wuta ya jure wannan yanayin zafin.
    • Muhimman Bukatu: Daidaita jinkirin harshen wuta (V0), halayen injiniya (ƙarfin tauri/tasiri), da kuma sauƙin sarrafawa.
  2. Tsarin Hana Wuta Mai Haɗaka
    • Ultrafine Aluminum Hydroxide (ATH): Babban maganin hana harshen wuta, bushewar jiki a cikin endothermic. Dole ne a daidaita ɗaukar nauyi da kuma halayen injina.
    • Aluminum Hypophosphite: Mai haɗa sinadarai masu kama da Char-forming, yana aiki tare da ATH don ƙirƙirar tasirin haɗin phosphorus-aluminum, yana inganta ingancin char.
    • Zinc Borate: Yana ƙara yawan hayaki, yana hana hayaki, kuma yana samar da shinge mai yawa tare da ATH.

III. Mahimman Sarrafa Tsarin Aiki

  1. Inganta Watsawa
    • Kafin a fara magani: A jiƙa ATH da aluminum hypophosphite a cikin maganin ethanol na 1% KH-550 na tsawon awanni 2, sannan a bushe a zafin 80°C.
    • Jerin Haɗawa:
      1. Resin tushe + mai watsawa + wakilin haɗawa → Haɗawa mai ƙarancin gudu (500 rpm, minti 5).
      2. Ƙara ATH/aluminum hypophosphite da aka gyara → Babban yankewa mai sauri (2500 rpm, minti 20).
      3. Sai a zuba sinadarin zinc borate/MCA/PTFE → Haɗawa mai ƙarancin gudu (800 rpm, minti 10).
    • Kayan aiki: Injin fitar da sukurori biyu (yankunan zafin jiki: yankin ciyarwa 200°C, yankin narkewa 230°C, mutu 220°C).
  2. Sarrafa Zafin Jiki da Sarrafawa
    • Tabbatar da zafin narkewa ƙasa da 250°C don hana ruɓewar MCA (MCA tana ruɓewa a 250–300°C).
    • Kwalaye masu sanyaya ruwa bayan an fitar da su don hana ƙaura daga masu hana wuta.

IV. Tsarin Hadin Gwiwa Mai Rage Wuta Mai Hana Wuta

  1. ATH + Aluminum Hypophosphite
    • ATH yana shan zafi kuma yana fitar da tururin ruwa, yana narkar da iskar gas mai ƙonewa.
    • Aluminum hypophosphite yana ƙarfafa samuwar char mai yawa (AlPO₄), yana toshe canja wurin zafi.
  2. Zinc Borate + MCA

  1. Gwajin UL94 V0:

  2. LOI: Manufa ≥30% (ainihin ≥28%).
  3. Kayayyakin Inji:
    • Ƙarfin tauri > 40 MPa, ƙarfin tasiri > 5 kJ/m² (ƙa'idar ASTM).
  4. Kwanciyar Hankali ta Zafi (TGA):
    • Ragowar Char a 800°C > 20%, zafin farko na ruɓewa > 300°C.
