Tsarin PBT Mai Hana Wuta Ba Tare Da Halogen Ba
Domin samar da tsarin hana harshen wuta mara halogen (FR) don PBT, yana da mahimmanci a daidaita ingancin hana harshen wuta, kwanciyar hankali na zafi, dacewa da zafin sarrafawa, da kuma halayen injina.
I. Haɗin Hadin Kai na Flame
1. Aluminum Hypophosphite + MCA (Melamine Cyanurate) + Zinc Borate
Tsarin aiki:
- Aluminum Hypophosphite (Tsawon zafin jiki > 300°C): Yana haɓaka samuwar char a cikin matakin da aka taƙaice kuma yana fitar da PO· radicals a cikin matakin iskar gas don katse halayen sarkar ƙonewa.
- MCA (Zafin Rushewa ~300°C): Rushewar endothermic yana fitar da iskar gas mara aiki (NH₃, H₂O), yana narkar da iskar gas mai ƙonewa da kuma rage digawar narkewar ruwa.
- Zinc Borate (Zafin ruɓewa > 300°C): Yana ƙara yawan kamannin gilashi, yana rage hayaki da hasken bayan an yi amfani da shi.
Rabon da aka ba da shawarar:
Aluminum Hypophosphite (10-15%) + MCA (5-8%) + Zinc Borate (3-5%).
2. Magnesium Hydroxide da aka Gyara a Sama + Aluminum Hypophosphite + Organic Phosphinate (misali, ADP)
Tsarin aiki:
- Magnesium Hydroxide da aka Gyara (Zafin Rushewa ~ 300°C): Maganin saman jiki (silane/titanate) yana inganta watsawa da kwanciyar hankali na zafi yayin da yake shan zafi zuwa rage zafin jiki.
- Phosphinate na Halitta (misali, ADP, Daidaiton zafi > 300°C): Mai hana harshen wuta mai ƙarfi sosai, wanda ke aiki tare da tsarin phosphorus-nitrogen.
Rabon da aka ba da shawarar:
Magnesium Hydroxide (15-20%) + Aluminum Hypophosphite (8-12%) + ADP (5-8%).
II. Masu Zaɓaɓɓun Hadin Gwiwa
- Nano Clay/Talc (2-3%): Yana inganta ingancin char da halayen injiniya yayin da yake rage yawan FR.
- PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.2-0.5%): Maganin hana digowa don hana ɗigon ƙonawa.
- Foda ta Silicone (2-4%): Yana haɓaka samuwar ƙwaya mai yawa, yana ƙara ƙarfin harshen wuta da sheƙi a saman.
III. Haɗuwa da Za a Guji
- Aluminum Hydroxide: Yana rugujewa a zafin 180-200°C (ƙasa da zafin aikin PBT na 220-250°C), wanda ke haifar da lalacewa da wuri.
- Magnesium Hydroxide mara gyara: Yana buƙatar maganin saman don hana haɗuwa da ruɓewar zafi yayin sarrafawa.
IV. Shawarwari Kan Inganta Aiki
- Maganin Fuskar Sama: Yi amfani da sinadaran haɗa silane akan magnesium hydroxide da zinc borate don haɓaka watsawa da haɗin fuska.
- Sarrafa Zafin Jiki: Tabbatar da zafin FR ya narke > 250°C don guje wa lalacewa yayin sarrafawa.
- Daidaiton Kadarorin Inji: Haɗa nano-fillers (misali, SiO₂) ko tougheners (misali, POE-g-MAH) don rama asarar ƙarfi.

VI. Ma'aunin Gwaji Masu Mahimmanci
- Rashin ƙarfin wuta: UL94 V-0 (1.6mm), LOI > 35%.
- Kwanciyar Hankali: Ragowar TGA > 25% (600°C).
- Halayen Inji: Ƙarfin tauri > 45 MPa, tasirin da aka yi da ƙarfi > 4 kJ/m².
Ta hanyar inganta rabon, ana iya cimma ingantaccen tsarin hana harshen wuta mara halogen yayin da ake ci gaba da aikin PBT gaba ɗaya.
